If the products you ordered do not meet your expectations please use the following procedures for returns and exchanges.
Returns & Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to return your item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. We are NOT able to accept returns on socks and inserts – these are final sale items.
**Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.
** The original shoe box/packaging must also be wrapped in a bag/box.
** Merchandise returned worn or without the original packaging/tags still attached may not qualify for a refund.
If you purchased the product from us, it must be returned to us at Cleary’s Shoes and Boots. Please DO NOT send your product back to the manufacturer.
To Ship your Return:
- Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive your shipping label.
- Make sure the merchandise is in its original packaging, (e.g., shoebox)
- Place it in a shipping box.
- Attach the label to the sealed box.
- Your return can be dropped off at any USPS shipping location, or given directly to your postal worker. To find the nearest authorized shipping location, visit www.usps.com
***Please note, in order to use our pre-paid labels, shipments must be sent from the United States.
It may take 4-5 business days for your return to reach our store. Once it is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt) your refund will be processed and applied to your credit card or original payment method within 7 days.
Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
We will gladly exchange your footwear or socks if they arrive damaged or defective. Please send an email with photos of the defective or damaged merchandise to email@example.com
Exchanges are free! If you wish to exchange your footwear for a different size or color and are in the area, we encourage you to visit our store to complete this exchange. If you are not able to complete this transaction in person, please first follow return procedures, then use our site to place a new order for your preferred color or size. As soon as your item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed. At this time we cannot guarantee the item you want will still be in stock if you wait for us to receive the returned items to complete a traditional exchange.
